How often can I get personal assistant?
We provide personal assistance tailored to your needs, and typically, assistance is provided approximately twice a week, depending on the customer’s requirements.
We are easily reachable, and if necessary, we can also assist outside the agreed times at short notice.

It is important that the personal assistant and the customer share a common language.

What is not included in personal assistant service?
Personal assistance is not care or nursing; rather, it is designed to help you or your loved one make your own choices in daily life. However, we can assist with tasks related to these activities, and some of our personal assistants also have training in the care sector.
We can also help with activities, such as cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, hobbies, studies, etc.

How do I get a personal assistant ?
Access to the personal assistant service is quick, and we can offer assistance even on short notice.
You can receive a personal assistant either through a service voucher provided by the municipality or as a private purchase. Most of our customers come through municipalities, but you can also purchase the personal assistant service at your own expense.
